All About Mrs. Johnson
Welcome to Mrs. Johnson's website. I am proud to say that I have spent my whole teaching career at Oakwood Grade School. It is a wonderful place to teach and I am starting my 13 th year teaching. Where has the time gone?
I grew up in Villa Grove which is a small town very similar to Oakwood. I graduated in 2000 and continued my education at Parkland and transferred to Eastern Illinois University. I graduated EIU in 2005. I graduated with my Master's degree in Education Administration in 2013.
I am married to Mr. Johnson who teaches social studies at Oakwood High School. We have been married for nine years and have two wonderful children. Grady just turned 8 and will be starting 3rd grade this year. He is full of energy and always has a smile on his face. Leah is four and she is very shy when she meets someone new. She has beautiful blue eyes but can also be a diva! Leah will be starting CARE this year at Oakwood Grade School. She loves her big brother and our dog Bristol.
